WHAT SUPPORTING JUSTICE REQUIRED

Supporting Justice required a platform assisting the public in finding out information about organisations that provide services relevant to their needs. We were often reminded that we can find many reviews for a toaster or gadget but rarely for funded services to help victims in very difficult circumstances. The service providers would be assessed in five areas – Access, Needs, Valued, Support and Safety. The index of providers contains both quality mark awarded and also non-awarded organisations, with a requirement to filter through the results in various ways. It was important for providers to be searched within a radius of proximity but also for them to be filtered by categories into the 43 police commission areas.

WHAT MM&B STUDIO PROVIDED

MM&B Studio provided a system which allows organisations to have an editable profile with reviews, images, locations and a wealth of useful data for users to filter and search through. The ability to make an informed decision about an organisation’s provision of specific care is essential for each site user. There are directory listings covering the 43 police commissioner areas, advanced geographic search and filter options. The complexity of the project included the search criteria and the geo-coding required to maintain site speed efficiency and search results accuracy.
